According to news just released on the Rogers Cup Facebook page, tournament director Karl Hale has revealed the unlikely doubles pairing of Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal.
With the long layoff for many of the top players on the ATP Tour, you will often find players like Nadal, Djokovic and even Roger Federer enter into the doubles competition at the Rogers Cup. A super-duo like Djokovic and Nadal is a rare treat however.
This news will certainly help promote the doubles game and will no-doubt attract quite a viewing when they hit the court for the first time.
