Calling all Amelie Mauresemo fans... anything you've ever wanted to know about her can be found in this excellent Guardian article: Without Prejudice
"Ever since she came out, seven years ago, Amelie Mauresmo has endured jibes about her physique and sexuality - often from fellow players. But 2006 was her year, with victory at Wimbledon and in the Australian Open. Now the game's most gifted player reveals how she learnt to cope with her emotions - and, finally, to win"
I do not follow women's tennis but I enjoyed the article, thanks. I have watched Amelie play for a grand total of 30 minutes (this year at Wimbledon final), I believe. Nevertheless she certainly does seem to play the game the proper way.

Yeah, it's a real shame she has all of those mental demons because she really plays a beautiful game of tennis when her head is on straight.
It would have been nice if we could have spent her career talking about her game.
