Murray Knock's Off Federer in Qatar

For the second time this year and fourth time in a row Andy Murray has defeated Roger Federer. Murray won today 6-7(6), 6-2, 6-2 to advance to the Qatar finals where he will face Andy Roddick. Roddick advanced with a hard fought 7-6(1), 3-6, 6-3 win over Gael Monfils.

Federer seems perplexed with Murray's game since defeating him in the U.S. Open final back in September. With the Aussie Open a little more than week away, Murray is certainly doing his best to prepare for his first Grand Slam title. Of course we will have to wait and see how he handles the pressure of being considered a legitimate contender for the first time.

As for the Qatar final, Murray owns a 5-2 career advantage over Roddick and is the favorite. Does Roddick have a chance here or is Murray simply too strong to beat at the moment?

Also for anyone who witnessed the match today, what went wrong for Roger? Or was it simply a case of Murray having his number?
