Davydenko Finally Gets a Clothing Deal

From The Age:

NO MORE rummaging through the Dimmey's sales table for Nikolay Davydenko. The No. 3 seed, who waited a week-and-a-half to get his unsponsored shirt on to centre court, only to lose, has been signed up by Airness, a French apparel company, and will wear their gear from his next tournament in Marseilles. "I'm happy, yeah," he said. "I get clothes for free for three years."

No beating THAT kind of publicity. I'm sure Airness is pleased that he is announcing in essence, "whatever, it's free."
